This page explains how Russia Vibes guides are made, checked and corrected, so you can judge how far to rely on them.
Our aim
We want to give travellers clear, practical and honest information about Russia: what is worth seeing, how to get around, where to eat and sleep, and what to expect. We write for independent travellers and keep a respectful, neutral tone about Russia and its culture. We do not publish political commentary.
Who is behind it
Russia Vibes is operated by Netvee from Germany. Contact details are in the Legal Notice. More about us: About.
How articles are made
- Planning. We decide which places and topics a visitor needs, using lists of sights, neighbourhoods, transport, food, hotels and day trips.
- Drafting. Articles are drafted with the help of AI tools from structured information about each place, in a fixed order so that guides are easy to compare.
- Checking. We prefer official sources for opening times, tickets, access and rules. Hotels, restaurants and shops are checked to see that they still operate before publication. Automated checks look for duplicated text, missing information, broken links and faulty structured data.
- Review. Every article passes automated quality checks. Our editor also reads and checks articles by hand, starting with the most visited and most sensitive topics, and checks again whenever readers report a problem.
- Russian helper data. Russian names, addresses and phrases in the web app are prepared with AI assistance from the information about each place and corrected when readers report mistakes.
- Publication. Articles go live in batches and show when they were last reviewed.
How we handle changing facts
Prices, hours and rules change often. Where possible we describe how something works instead of quoting exact figures or dates, we give ranges, and we point to the official source for the current value. Where an article names a recurring event, it describes the usual timing, not a single date. If a detail matters for your plans, check it with the venue or operator.
Use of AI
We use AI to help research structure and write drafts, and to create illustrations. Main images may be AI-generated and are labelled; they are illustrations, not photographs of the place. AI can produce mistakes, so we do not publish its output without the checks above. We do not enter personal data of visitors into AI tools.
Independence and advertising
Advertising and affiliate links do not decide what we recommend. Paid placement in editorial articles is not for sale. Details are in the Affiliate and Advertising Disclosure.
Corrections
If you find an error or something out of date, tell us on the Report an Error page or at info@netvee.de. We aim to look at every report within 7 days, correct confirmed errors and update the “last updated” information on the article. If a fix changes the advice materially, we say so in the article.
No guarantee
We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is correct, complete or current. Please read our Disclaimer and Terms of Use. Last updated: October 2026.
